ARTIST STATEMENT
The paintings are a representation of the coming end or beginning of the new world. Initially, the purpose of the nude women is to seduce one's curiosity, but they are actually angels at war or preparing for war. The shaped canvases are decorative sculpture additives meant to enhance the individuality and inventiveness of the art. As the end nears and wars, rumors of wars, earthquakes, floods, and pestilence occur on earth more frequently, I hope my work directs one's understanding of these signs of the end, which will come with fire.

	Michal A 67” x 61” oil on shaped canvas depicting the spirituality of the archangel Michael (Daniel 12:1), the physical transformation through David of the woman Michal (2 Samuel 3:14) and the sword of the Apocalypse (Luke 21:24).

	The Cry of the Wise Virgin A 64 ½” x 40 ½ “ oil on shaped canvas depicting a virgin (Matthew 28:1-13) crying at the coming of the end (Revelation14: 15-16.)

	Everlasting A 56” x 44” oil on shaped canvas depicting the everlasting judgment (Daniel 12:2).

	Time, and Times, and Half a Time A 62” x 42” oil on shaped canvas depicting the correspondence between the coming birth of a human with the birth of the new world (Luke 21:29-31), the attempt by evil to prevent the birth (Revelation 12:1-17), and the time, and times, and half a time until the birth of the new world (Daniel 12:5-7).

	The Righteous Death A 57 ½” x 30 ½” oil on shaped canvas depicting the patience (Daniel 12:12), endurance (Luke 21:18-19), and assuredness (Revelation 14:13) that the blessed by God possess.

	Perplexity A 63 ½” x 28” oil on shaped canvas depicting the perplexity of the peoples as the signs of the end times unfold (Luke 21:25-28).

	Jerusalem Under Siege A 81”x 62” oil on shaped canvas depicting Jerusalem being surrounded by armies as its desolation comes near (Luke 21:20-22).

	The Separation A 63” x 58” oil on shaped canvas depicting when the Lord will wield his angels, separators of the sheep from the goats (Matthew 25:31-46).

	The Unrepentant Consequence A 84” x 36” oil on shaped canvas depicting the sudden unfolding of the end (Revelation 16:8-9) and the dumbfoundedness of those who will never understand (Daniel 12:10).
